This Spring, The North West Company launched a community engagement initiative whereby opportunities were created for our Winnipeg staff to volunteer at local organizations and give back to the community. Employees now have the opportunity to make meaningful connections with their community through their involvement with organizations such as United Way, Siloam Mission, Winnipeg Harvest, Christmas Cheer Board and the Healthy Horizons Foundation.
