North West employees joined thousands of people across Canada in supporting Orange Shirt Day on September 28. Employees wore orange shirts to honour the children who survived Indian Residential Schools, and to remember those who did not.

Employees posed for this group photo after Gary Merasty, Executive Vice-President & Chief Development Officer, spoke to provide context on the meaning and significance of Orange Shirt Day.

The day is an opportunity for communities to join together in the spirit of reconciliation and optimism for the future.
